Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Kale
- Blackberries
- Half an Apple (Any Kind)
- 1/4 Cucumber
- Feta Cheese
- Almond Slices
- Sesame Oil
Sauce:
- 2 Tbsp Mustard
- 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- Splash of Rice Vinegar (or apple cider)
- 1/2 Tbsp Siracha (optional)
- Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Tsp minced Garlic (or powdered)
- Salt (to your liking)
- Splash of Water (to thin out)
Instructions:
- Start by heating a pan of sesame oil on medium then adding Kale
- Let Kale cook until crispy and while you wait make the sauce
- Combine mustard, maple syrup, rice vinegar, siracha, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt and water (if needed) and stir until combined
- If Kale is crisp to your liking, take off stove and put to the side
- Peel and cut your apple and cucumber into small cubes, then rinse blackberries and cut in half
- Assemble the salad by adding your cut fruit and vegetables to the kale, adding almonds and feta, then pouring on the dressing
- ENJOY!:)

- Blackberries (Frozen or Fresh)
- Kale
- Papaya (Frozen or Fresh)
- Apple (Frozen or Fresh)
- Water
- Ice (if needed)
Instructions:
- Add cut Mango papaya (without seeds) and Apple into pieces (if needed) and add to the Blender
- Cut stems from Kale
- Add in Blackberries, Kale, Water and Ice (if needed) and blend until Smooth!
- SERVE and ENJOY!
